Decisions as to whether we can safely operate the center during inclement weather are determined on a case by case basis. While we will make every effort to remain open, we will close the center or delay opening if the determination is made that opening may be detrimental to the children and/or our faculty. To learn if the center is closed or opening on a delayed schedule you may call the center number 557-4449 for an updated voicemail, check our website, or you may watch WRAL or WTVD news. In the event that we need to close the center after it has opened, we will endeavor to contact every parent using the contact information provided and ask that you make immediate arrangements to pick up your child.
Since all scheduled faculty are paid for inclement weather closings, we will not make adjustments in tuition payments for closings due to inclement weather or natural disasters.
