Prior to your child’s start date we encourage you to schedule as many visits as necessary to help your child and you become familiar with the center.
During the enrollment process the center administrators will provide you with forms regarding your child’s health and development. North Carolina licensing regulations require that the center have an application, emergency contact information, acknowledgement that you received a copy of the child care law summary, a current (less than one year old) physical and a discipline policy and immunization records on file. In addition, you are expected to read and sign an enrollment agreement that acknowledges your receipt of this parent handbook and your willingness to abide by the policies outlined. We ask that you provide this information prior to the child’s start date so we are able to enter all the information in our computers and prepare the classroom for your child. In addition, we ask that you notify the center immediately when there are changes in your contact information.
A Place To Grow will defer enrollment until receipt of all required documents.
